The application offers an advanced digital experience for international draughts (10x10 checkers) on mobile devices, achieving a level of play that rivals traditional platforms. Developed by Maximus, the 2011 Dutch Open and Olympic champion in computer draughts, it is accessible on iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. In 2012, Maximus notably competed against former world champion Alexander Schwarzman in a match that ended with a narrow loss—five draws and one defeat—and more recently secured third place in the unofficial 2019 world championship computer draughts. While originally running on a desktop computer with superior processing power, it remains a formidable opponent on portable devices.

The software caters to a broad audience, offering multiple difficulty levels suitable for novices and experienced players alike. It features an accessible starting mode where Maximus makes random moves for familiarization, progressing through ten training levels—from beginner to expert—that gradually increase in challenge. The program is also useful as an analyzing tool for game review and learning, as well as serving as a portable draughts set or notation reference, and even assisting in competitive environments when additional players are needed.

<li>Ability to review and analyze completed games through replays and notation tools</li>
<li>Functionality to save, load, email, and import games and positions via Portable Draughts Notation (PDN)</li>
<li>A variety of opening moves selected from an opening book to diversify gameplay</li>
<li>Display options such as clocks, square numbering (optional), engine info, and principal variation lines</li>
<li>Additional utilities including board rotation, setup positions, and automatic replays</li>
</ul>

Compared to the desktop version, this mobile adaptation has a reduced opening book size and smaller endgame databases. Notably, it is advertisement-free.
